Better road signs (at low level) for the hotel entry or a full indication about the enclosure on the shopping valley mall. Another suggestion about the breakfast buffet and refurbishment of it.Thanks

Convenient location, close to shopping area on the outskirts of town. There's also an Asian restaurant nearby and a ferry for getting around. the rooms are tidy and come with super comfy beds and air conditioning for a good night's sleep. 😊

Good value hotel, everything was excellent. The restaurant was fantastic with a good bar, we ordered amazing dishes. Enjoyed marvellous location of the property. Ate at Chez Alex, it's at a short distance from the venue...
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The breakfasts were satisfactory, always with a wide array of meals. There was a large room with very swish showers.

The Zenia Hotel & Spa in Cambrai provided a comfortable and clean stay for my recent trip. Despite being located in a retail park, the interior was spacious and well-maintained. Although the view from the room was of industrial buildings, it didn't bother me as I was only looking for a good night's sleep during my long journey. The young lady at reception was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered decent options. I would recommend this hotel for overnight stays on long journeys.

This was an overnight stop and hotel was well located, with a nice room and both the dinner and breakfast were good.
We asked for a quiet non-smoking room, but were not convinced of either. The room we were given was above the front door, below which in good weather there would have been outside tables, so would not be quiet. Re smoking, there was a familiar whiff in our room. We would stay again, provided that we were put in a room at the back.

The bedroom was a delight. Large comfortable bed abd pillows.
I found the shower controls difficult to operate because the symbols on the face of the shower were invisible to me with poor eyesight (I don't wear glasses in the shower!) and I had a few cold surprises until my wife was able to help.
